Sales Development Representative

At Telestar Consulting Services Inc., we're seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and qualification
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Negotiate offers and prices with clients to secure deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
What We're Looking For:
- A strong background in sales or a related field (1+ year experience for Sr. Sales Executive)
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales tools
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
