Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a lead generation strategy through email, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a lead generation strategy through email, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Generate leads through research and outreach.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns for lead generation and branding.
- Identify target audience and grow our email list.
- Research primary and secondary lead data using tools such as Hubspot, Zoho CRM, Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other database tools.
- Coordinate with Data Mining and Sales Development teams in the development of marketing content for Customers/Potential Customers for LinkedIn Content Strategy.
- Develop effective messaging strategies and create compelling messaging for target clients.
- Measure results, optimize LinkedIn lead nurturing and email messaging workflows, and implement recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Identify suitable accounts for the company for global markets.
- Identify key decision-makers to reach out in those specific accounts.
- Reach out to them and build a working rapport with them.
- Explain and pitch our core value proposition to these stakeholders.
- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
- Follow up via various channels to lock in a demo for our Sales team.
Requirements
- Confident and self-driven with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, marketing tools, and great analytical skills.
- Experience of working with sales intelligence tools like Hubspot, Zoho CRM, Pardot, etc.
- Experience working in digital or B2B customer acquisitions preferably with agencies.
- Previous or current experience in reaching out to prospects on LinkedIn and/or via email.
- Some experience with using email templates and marketing automation.
- Familiarity in nurturing prospects into leads to creating message sequences.
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM.
- Conceptualizing marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective clientele.
- Maintaining a database of customers who have opted to receive our correspondence.
- Should know email marketing tools and email marketing automation.
