Job Title: Data Specialist

As a highly skilled Data Scientist, we are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement advanced data analytics and machine learning models to inform business strategy.
    • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and correlations that drive business outcomes.
  • Requirements:
    • 7+ years of experience in data science with expertise in Python programming language.
    • At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML or Generative AI-related initiatives.
  • Industry Expertise:
    • Asset and Wealth Management with a strong understanding of portfolio management, compliance, AML, KYC, client onboarding, and investment advisory.
  • Ai Tools and Frameworks:
    • Familiarity with OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Ai Concepts:
    • Strong understanding of NLP, machine learning pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization or analysis tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks).
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
