Job Title: Data Management Specialist

The Data Management Specialist is responsible for driving strategic direction, monitoring job performance, scheduling, configuring, and maintaining batch jobs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Developing and implementing operational processes, guidelines, and best practices to streamline data management operations and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Logging, prioritizing, and collaborating with product teams on resolving bugs and complex technical issues.
  • Monitoring critical issues, escalating as needed, and providing workarounds for unsupported functionality.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 10+ years' experience in database and application development and support.
  • Proven SQL language expertise with highly performing databases.
  • Experience developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, etc.).

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
