Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales process, develop business strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process in construction and real estate sectors.
  • Develop strategies to generate business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Provide market insights and stay ahead of trends in the real estate market.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects through effective communication and coordination.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of sales experience in construction and real estate industries, with a proven track record in senior positions.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and market trends in real estate.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to drive business and meet sales targets.

 

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (estimated)
