This role is part of a flagship program that empowers blind and low-vision professionals by pairing them with trained visual interpreters—Access Partners (APs)—who enable seamless, real-time support in technical work environments.

As an Access Partner, you will work closely with a blind Data & Appliance Analyst within a leading Cloud + AI organization. Your primary goal is to bridge accessibility gaps in fast-paced, highly technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, interpret, and make basic code changes to ensure seamless integration.
  • Manage data tracking and analysis through creating and managing spreadsheets.
  • Utilize formulas, pivot tables, and other Excel tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Assist in converting and formatting documents to meet accessibility standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Summarize meetings, manage task follow-ups, and track progress in collaboration with team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic coding knowledge and understanding of how code is structured.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate functions and formula management.
  • Strong Communication Skills, with ability to provide clear, professional support.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
