Sales Relationship Manager Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
