Job Opportunity: Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our global support team as a Support Services Coordinator.

This role is responsible for managing service tickets, resolving technical issues, and providing high-quality support to internal users and external clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to and resolve service tickets in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical assistance via email, chat, or phone.
  • Elevate complex issues to the Support Services Lead or relevant technical teams.
  • Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a working knowledge of IT service management platforms. Experience in handling global support queries and basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues is also essential.
