We seek a seasoned Fundraising Expert to lead our fundraising efforts. This senior-level role requires someone strategic, proactive, and results-oriented, with a proven track record of securing and managing institutional funding from CSR partners, philanthropic foundations, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

The ideal candidate must have the ability to craft compelling proposals, navigate the CSR and philanthropic landscape with credibility, and build lasting mission-aligned partnerships.

• Fundraising Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy focused on CSR, institutional donors, philanthropic foundations, and HNIs.
  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue high-value funding opportunities aligned with our mission.
  • Develop fundraising pipelines, set quarterly targets, and track progress with clarity and rigor.
• Donor Cultivation & Relationship Management:
  • Build and manage strong long-term relationships with new and existing donors.
  • Represent us in external meetings, pitches, CSR events, and philanthropic forums.
  • Lead stewardship efforts, ensuring donors feel connected to our mission and impact.
• Proposal & Communication Development:
  • Craft high-quality proposals, concept notes, grant applications, decks, and donor reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to present accurate compelling narratives backed by data and outcomes.
  • Tailor communications for different donor segments and formats, including pitch presentations and thought pieces.
• Donor Reporting & Compliance:
  • Ensure timely and accurate donor reporting, including financial and programmatic updates.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on all grants, proposals, MOUs, and compliance requirements.
  • Establish systems for reporting cycles, donor communication calendars, and knowledge management.
• Internal Collaboration:
  • Work closely with leadership and program teams to align fundraising with strategic goals.
  • Contribute to our overall visibility and positioning through fundraising-aligned communication efforts.

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Expert who can drive meaningful change.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in fundraising or institutional business development in the nonprofit or CSR ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success and a proven track record in raising and managing significant funding from CSR or philanthropic partners.
• Strong understanding of the Indian CSR landscape and donor dynamics in education and development.
• Exceptional proposal writing and communication skills.
• Ability to build senior-level relationships, pitch persuasively, and follow through with diligence.
• Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Location: This is a work-from-office role based in New Delhi, with a 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday). Occasional travel may be required for partner engagement and field visits.
