Job Title: Corporate Governance Specialist

Job Description:

As a Corporate Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal controls to ensure the organization's financial governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining internal control systems to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial reports;
  • Conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions;
  • Collaborating with department heads to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives;
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on internal controls and audit procedures;
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with financial transactions and operations;
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in auditing, financial analysis, and compliance;
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, auditing procedures, financial planning, reporting, and audit tools;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external auditors.
