Corporate Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Corporate Recovery Specialist.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Banking, Asset Recovery, or Big 4 consultancy firms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing mid-market and emerging large corporates;
- Maintaining regular updates on borrower accounts and monitoring their developments;
- Providing strategic advice to borrowers in turnaround situations, including viability studies and sustainable business plans;
- Managing stressed assets, involving interaction with the company, performance monitoring & benchmarking, adherence to stipulated terms, site visits, etc.
- Designing and implementing suitable early warning triggers for allocated accounts and closely monitoring their portfolio;
- Formulating recovery strategies post facto legal options;
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- Knowledge of reading and understanding financials, involving credit analysis;
- Familiarity with various industries;
- Knowledge of RBI guidelines for stressed assets and restructuring;
- Reasonable knowledge of legal forums and applicable laws, including IBC, SARFAESI, commercial suits, contract laws, etc;
- Satisfactory note-making skills and good command over written and spoken communication.
