Corporate Finance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our corporate finance department, you will be responsible for executing sell-side and buy-side M&A projects, financing and fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A projects, including due diligence, financial modeling, and transaction structuring.
  • Assisting with targeting and approaching new clients to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Significant involvement in the creation of pitch documents, pricing/valuation papers, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborating with project leads to execute daily tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A/investment banking, or transaction advisory services.
  • MBA Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with a solid academic record.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and their interlinkages.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent proficiency in written and verbal communication skills – English is mandatory.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in using research databases such as S&P Capital IQ, MergerMarket, Pitchbook, Fame, Orbis, among others.
