
Sales Operations Manager

The role of an Account Delivery Head is to oversee the performance and governance of Statements of Work (SOWs). This involves managing day-to-day operations, identifying and resolving service delivery issues, and transitioning management during setup or expansion phases.
Key responsibilities include establishing service provider infrastructure for performing services, including technology, financial, human resources, security, facilities, and communication resources.
Additionally, this position requires providing exceptional people and process management, mentorship, and career development to team members. This includes achieving low attrition levels and high employee engagement.
Operations teams are driven to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains. The Account Delivery Head must also flag and escalate business risks timely to clients.
Maintaining high-quality communication with clients for seamless process management is crucial in this role.
">Requirements:- University Graduate or above
- 8 years of people management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members and at least 2 years handling sales
- 18 years of experience in contact center operations
- Strong B2C/B2B sales experience
- Digital marketing ads sales experience
- Dynamic leader with experience managing large diverse teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very strong level of English, both written and verbal
