Job Title: Direct Sales Processes Operations Manager
Job Description:The primary function of this role is to support the daily operations of direct sales teams, ensuring seamless execution of sales initiatives. The Direct Sales Processes Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining high productivity levels and implementing effective operational strategies.
- Coordinate with dealers, vendors, and city sales teams to meet operational requirements.
- Ensure timely order processing for renewals and new acquisitions.
- Manage subscriptions, complaints, and resolution processes efficiently.
- Oversee the procurement and distribution of promotional materials.
- Optimize backend team productivity, salary processing, and invoice management.
- Implement orders as per guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain accurate tracking and prepare reports for management's review.
- Provide additional operational support as required by the sales team.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in direct sales processes operations.
- Background in sales operations, coordination, or backend support roles.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with SAP and Salesforce platforms.
- Fluency in English and Marathi languages is essential.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
