Job Title: Direct Sales Processes Operations Manager

Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to support the daily operations of direct sales teams, ensuring seamless execution of sales initiatives. The Direct Sales Processes Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining high productivity levels and implementing effective operational strategies.

  • Coordinate with dealers, vendors, and city sales teams to meet operational requirements.
  • Ensure timely order processing for renewals and new acquisitions.
  • Manage subscriptions, complaints, and resolution processes efficiently.
  • Oversee the procurement and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Optimize backend team productivity, salary processing, and invoice management.
  • Implement orders as per guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and prepare reports for management's review.
  • Provide additional operational support as required by the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in direct sales processes operations.
  • Background in sales operations, coordination, or backend support roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with SAP and Salesforce platforms.
  • Fluency in English and Marathi languages is essential.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
