Our company is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Project Execution Manager. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of sales orders from receipt to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will receive and process customer orders in our enterprise resource planning system.
  • You will verify accuracy of pricing, delivery terms, product codes, taxes, and schedules.
  • You will coordinate with production, planning, and inventory teams for timely execution.
  • You will maintain organized documentation for orders, contracts, and dispatches.
  • You will coordinate with design/engineering teams to collect and submit technical documents (e.g., drawings, datasheets, quality assurance plans).
  • You will track submission dates, approvals, and customer responses.
  • You will draft professional letters and emails for customer correspondence, clarifications, time extension requests, contract amendments, and follow-ups.
  • You will ensure high standards in written communication—clear, concise, and grammatically correct.
  • You will act as a communication link between clients and internal departments.
  • You will communicate order status, delays, and delivery schedules to clients in both English and Hindi.
  • You will follow up with customers for receivables and pending payments as per commercial terms.
  • You will support the finance team with billing documentation and payment reconciliations.
  • You will coordinate with stores/logistics for on-time dispatch.
  • You will ensure accuracy and compliance in dispatch documents (invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, etc.).
  • You will maintain dashboards for open orders, document status, dispatch timelines, and receivables.
  • You will share regular management information system reports with senior management.
  • You will travel for customer meetings, dispatch follow-ups, or project-related coordination as needed.

Requirements:

  • You must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Commerce or related field.
  • You must have 3-7 years of relevant experience in sales order processing/documentation in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • You must have excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • You must be able to speak in Hindi – mandatory.
  • You must have strong business letter/email drafting skills – mandatory.
  • You should have experience with enterprise resource planning systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and good proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in electrical equipment manufacturing Industry.
  • Exposure to technical documentation, drawings, quality assurance plans, and compliance formats.
