Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee and manage multiple projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to multitask, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assume ownership of projects and coordinate all phases, from initial pitching to final delivery.
  • Multitask and successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that align with project goals and objectives.
  • Oversee site management, ensuring optimal project outcomes through efficient execution and vendor management.
  • Built and maintain a strong network of vendors to support project requirements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities to effectively manage the team and foster collaboration to achieve project milestones.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to interact seamlessly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

For this role, we require a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in project coordination and management. Excellent communication and leadership skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
