Program Manager for Strategic Partnerships

The Program Manager will lead the development and execution of a loyalty program that focuses on creating non-price based value propositions for façade & window fabricators. This role involves leveraging technical expertise, digital solutions, and consumer insights to enhance engagement, capabilities, and differentiation in a low-awareness market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a loyalty program strategy and execute it effectively.
  • Design initiatives that enhance fabricator expertise and project success without relying on price discounts.
  • Drive digital engagement and enablement through the deployment of digital tools.
  • Generate and utilize consumer and fabricator insights to inform business decisions.
  • Establish systems to capture qualitative insights from facade & window fabricators and end-users.
  • Certify fabricators for excellence in both technical expertise and professionalism.

Support to Field Marketing Team:

  • Provide enablers to the Field Marketing team to build sustained relationships with fabricators.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Use CRM systems and digital analytics to monitor engagement and track KPIs.
