The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Duties include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Efficiently resolving customer issues and documenting interactions.
  • Providing product information and assisting with navigation.
  • Collaborating with teams for issue escalation and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce, or Management.
  • Fresher or experienced candidates.
  • Excellent English fluency is mandatory.
  • Strong customer service focus is required.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
