Job Opportunity

Maintain client relationships and deliver excellent service to meet all their needs promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders with accuracy and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account status and performance metrics as required.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information on products and services offered.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to develop strategies for client retention.
  • Update and maintain accurate and current client records in the company database.
  • Assist in invoicing and tracking payments to ensure timely collection and reduce outstanding accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in TDS, Tally, and GST is an added advantage.
