The Closing Manager plays a pivotal role in the sales funnel, acting as the final touchpoint for client engagement. This involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver a seamless, high-quality sales experience.

  • Engage with colleagues and brokers to facilitate closure of referred clients, ensuring timely updates and documentation
  • Attend direct walk-ins and sourced leads at project sites, presenting projects, unique selling points, pricing, and offers with clarity and conviction
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends and market landscapes
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders for smooth booking execution
  • Collaborate with the closure team on negotiation skills, objection handling, and product updates
  • Monitor and report daily activities, walk-ins, and closure progress to leadership
