We're seeking a seasoned leader to guide our Insurance Broker Support Team as an Assistant Manager. This role requires strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on ensuring efficient workflow, quality services, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 15-25 professionals, inspiring and motivating them to achieve their goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow management and timely service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support for team members' professional development.
  • Assign tasks based on individual strengths and project requirements, conducting regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • Relevant experience in US P&C insurance lifecycle - pre-placement, placement, and post-placement activities.
  • Demonstrate customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative, and innovation.
  • Proficient in English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to multitask.
