Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to serve as a trusted technical leader, domain-level architect, and mentor across teams. You will drive technical direction, cross-team execution, and elevate the engineering bar by creating scalable systems, shaping engineering culture, and championing AI-first innovation.

This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer who wants to make a meaningful impact on our organization's technology strategy. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for defining reusable patterns, frameworks, and best practices across teams, leading large-scale engineering initiatives that align technical roadmaps with business outcomes, and owning critical technical decisions to ensure long-term platform scalability, performance, and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Backend Development: Expertise in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or Golang, with strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
  • Data & Messaging: Advanced skills in Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and experience with cloud-based data processing.
  • Cloud Technologies: Proficient in AWS, GCP, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Bamboo.
  • System Design & Architecture: Experience with microservices, domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, and reusable frameworks.
  • AI & Innovation: Preferred skills in adoption of AI accelerators, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases, and AI-first engineering practices.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Strong technical mentorship, stakeholder management, cross-team communication, and org-wide technical direction.
