Job Description

As a visionary leader, you will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions across the renewable energy sector in India. Your primary focus will be on driving innovation, leveraging Gen AI to propel our mission towards carbon neutrality.

This role demands a strong technical background, coupled with exceptional leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of AI engineers. You will be responsible for translating business challenges into actionable AI-driven solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful products that align with our company's objectives.

The scope of this role encompasses the entire lifecycle of renewable generation, from bid processes through operations and maintenance (O&M) and support functions. Your expertise will be pivotal in building AI models for forecasting, optimization, and predictive maintenance, as well as overseeing the full AI product lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in AI, Data Science, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in the energy domain with AI implementation experience
  • Proven track record in renewable energy product development
  • Experience managing technical teams
