About This Role

  • Drive technological innovation by staying at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and NLP advancements.
  • Work closely with operations, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of technology across all departments.
Requirements
  • 5 to 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, ideally in AI, machine learning, or any software tech startups.
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies.
  • Strong leadership experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies.
  • Experience in building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with modern development tools and methodologies.
