Job Description:

Achieve leadership in AI and GenAI innovation by spearheading architectural and algorithmic advancements for a cutting-edge platform.

Key responsibilities include leading a team of experts to develop and deploy advanced machine learning models, creating pipelines that autonomously discover problems and recommend actions, and generating actionable insights from complex data patterns.

  • AI and GenAI Leadership
    • Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in hands-on mode to develop and deploy advanced LLM, SLM, and RAG-based models.
    • Develop pipelines that discover problems, identify root causes, and recommend actions in real-time and batch processing scenarios.
  • Insight Generation
    • Lead data scientists in creating and fine-tuning Generative AI models to generate analysis for problem discovery.
    • Translate complex data patterns into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Platform Evolution
    • Collaborate with Technical Architects to evolve frameworks for augmenting and evolving batch processing architectures with streaming architectures.
    • Adapt reference architectures for optimal operationalization of AI and Gen-AI models in both batch and real-time modes.
  • Client Deployments and Development
    • Consult on creating automated data pipelines for raw data and engineered features.
    • Establish robust MLOps and LLMOps practices, including automated model monitoring, retraining triggers, and performance benchmarking.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers.
    • Closely collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and business analysts to align AI solutions with platform goals and user requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Deep understanding of Statistics, Classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI.

Hands-on experience with cloud-based Machine Learning platforms.

Excellent ML programming skills in Python using open-source libraries.

12-18 years of Machine Learning model development and application experience.
