Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on retention, renewals, and referrals of students.
  • Engage existing customers and cultivate profitable relationships.
  • Interact with customers via calls and messages.
  • Meet monthly targets in a highly performance-driven environment.
  • Maintain feedback from parents and ensure timely action.
Requirements:
  • Strong English communication and written skills are essential.
  • A technical background is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in Edtech B2C sales is beneficial (at least 6 months).
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to deliver sales pitches effectively.
  • Result-driven with experience in extremely target-centric roles.
  • Self-learning ability with high grasping capacity to learn about products & services within 2 days.
