As Deputy Director, Platform Speed Planning at Myntra, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our network-wide inventory and fulfillment strategy, directly impacting our ability to deliver products to customers faster than ever before.

This high-impact leadership role combines the disciplines of logistics, technology, and customer experience in a dynamic environment that thrives on innovation and speed. You'll own the core processes for inventory placement and allocation, elevating speed and efficiency across all Myntra nodes.

Our goal is to optimize holding costs, maximize inventory turns, and drive revenue through strategic oversight and efficient resource utilization. To achieve this, you'll design and deploy cutting-edge inventory models and controls, innovate and automate processes, and solve complex challenges with data-driven insights.

The Deputy Director will lead key initiatives from blueprint to business impact, championing projects that fundamentally improve our supply chain. Collaboration and influencing senior leaders across operations, category management, and planning are essential to achieving shared business objectives.

As a decisive leader who thrives in ambiguous environments, you'll set clear priorities with minimal guidance and rally cross-functional teams toward a common goal. A compelling communicator, you'll effectively influence C-suite leaders and build strong relationships with your team members.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in e-commerce, supply chain, or operations, with a Tier-1/2 MBA
• Masterful problem-solving skills with exceptional analytical abilities and focus on data-driven decision-making
• Decisive leadership in ambiguous environments with clear priority setting
• Compelling communication and influencing skills to rally cross-functional teams
• Proven team building and development capabilities
