Cloud Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Transformation Leader to spearhead our cloud journey. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader to shape our cloud strategy, drive innovation, and deliver business value.

A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technologies, architecture, and security. They will be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust customer solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering cloud projects, leading cloud transformation engagements, and developing cloud reference architectures. They will also possess strong skills in infrastructure as code, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud automation, and scripting.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence decision-makers, and executive presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cloud strategy, roadmap, and governance framework
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver cloud projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain cloud reference architectures, designs, and standards
  • Mentor teammates on cloud standards, frameworks, and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud trends, technologies, and industry developments
Requirements:

Technical Competencies

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering cloud projects with hyperscalers (Azure, OCI, GCP) and private cloud (VMware, Redhat, Oracle PCA)
  • Leadership experience in cloud transformation engagements, including maturity assessments and roadmap definition
  • Expertise in cloud-native services (Compute, Networking, Storage, DBaaS, CDN, Alerting, etc.) and Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE)
  • Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud automation, and scripting (Python, JavaScript, Ansible)
