Lead the Visionary Transformation

As a Director, you will spearhead the School of Government at MIT WPU. This role demands an exceptional leader to craft a comprehensive vision for the school's medium and long-term academic and research directions.

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop strategic plans to align institutional processes with the Institute's mission and priorities.
  • Evaluate and refine the vision and mission of the Institute to ensure alignment with global governance standards.

Curriculum Development: Design high-quality curricula that address governance needs with a global perspective, comparable to the best in the country.

Faculty Management: Plan manpower needs, recruit high-calibre faculty members, and implement continuous Faculty Development Programs.

Social Initiatives: Lead and drive social initiatives like NLC, Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, and National Women's Parliament, providing necessary inputs, support, and research.

Engagement and Community Outreach: Engage with society, incorporate changing needs into curriculum development, and participate effectively in university activities.
