Academic Operations Manager

Job Overview:

The Academic Operations Manager plays a vital role in overseeing and coordinating academic activities to ensure educational excellence. This position involves curriculum development, faculty coordination, student support, and compliance with academic policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement academic policies, procedures, and calendars in conjunction with the Director of Academics.
  • Coordinate with faculty and department heads to schedule classes, exams, and academic events, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of academic progress, attendance, and performance, providing valuable insights for institutional improvement.
  • Support curriculum development and revision, aligning with institutional and accreditation standards.
  • Organize faculty training, workshops, and development programs to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare academic reports, audits, and data analysis for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing the institution's commitment to quality education.
  • Respond to student academic queries and provide support for academic concerns, fostering a positive learning environment.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Post Graduate Diploma or M.B.A/PGDM degree and 4-5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position, along with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
