Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute strategic plans for programme growth, improvement, and innovation.
- Promote the IB ethos and values within the school community.
- Collaborate with school leaders on whole-school planning and programme alignment.
- Authorization and Evaluation
- Lead the school's IB Diploma Programme authorization and re-authorization processes, ensuring compliance with IB standards and practices.
- Coordinate documentation, evidence, and reports for IB authorization/evaluation visits.
- Act as the primary point of contact with the IB during authorization, evaluation, and programme development.
- Facilitate staff training and readiness for authorization/evaluation processes.
- Programme Oversight and Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with IBO regulations, standards, and practices.
- Oversee authorization and re-authorization processes in coordination with the IB and school leadership.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IB developments and communicate updates to staff.
- Curriculum and Academic Quality
