Responsibilities:\
  1. \
  2. Executes creative concepts together with copy partners at the direction of the Creative Director.\
  3. Has good experience in ad designing and visualization.\
  4. Experience across a range of digital, social, and integrated mediums.\
  5. Breadth of style and design capability.\
  6. Quick conceptualization of ideas.\
  7. Identifies creative thinking towards big ideas.\
  8. Presents big ideas to clients using a variety of techniques.\
  9. Well aware of the latest trends in design, web standards, concepts, and industry trends.\
  10. Visualizes concepts and interprets them into design.\
  11. Takes ownership of creative work and leads the design team by example.\
  12. Ensures the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product.\
  13. Provides insightful, creative executions which positively impact a client's business.\
  14. Leads, motivates, and develops the design team.\
  15. Acts as a main point of contact in the team for Account Management and Project Management.

Key Skills:\
  • \
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, AE, Premier Pro, and Midjourney / AI.\
  • Good conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills.

Education:\

Bachelor's degree/diploma from a reputed design school will be an added advantage.
