Job Title: Art Director

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Art Director to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and the ability to manage and delegate responsibilities.

  • Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas and take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience, and cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media.
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions, present completed ideas to team members, and produce art layouts by developing art concepts and providing work direction to staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as an Art Director, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication (English) skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.
  • Good work ethics and a calm attitude, preferable Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Des/M.Des) from NIFT, and proven working experience as an Art Director.
  • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design software, and the ability to incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
  • A team player with strong communication and presentation skills, and relevant education or training.
