Job Title: Lead Visual Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Visual Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and developing innovative design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role

The Lead Visual Designer will be responsible for:

  • Developing design concepts and strategies that align with our brand vision and objectives.
  • Leading the design team to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design into our products and services.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to ensure our designs are always cutting-edge.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements.
  • Develop concepts to suit client needs, interpreting their business goals.
  • Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
  • Presentation of finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
  • Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
  • Providing constructive feedback to junior team members and peers on their work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities.
  • Awareness of current trends in visual arts and use of emerging AI technologies.
