We are seeking a Lead Visual Designer to spearhead our product design efforts.

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end design process for multiple products, creating scalable design systems across our suite of applications.

A key aspect of this role is building consistency using Figma variables and Auto Layout.

Translating human interface guidelines (HIG) and Material Design System into practical, beautiful solutions will also be a significant responsibility. Collaborating with developers to bring designs to life in production is crucial for success.

Mentoring junior designers to share best practices and raise the bar is an essential part of this position.

To succeed in this role, you should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in product design or UI/UX, a portfolio that showcases real products not just concepts, and advanced skills in Figma including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, and Prototyping.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, design at scale, and take ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in product design or UI/UX
  • A portfolio that showcases real products not just concepts
  • Advanced skills in Figma including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, and Prototyping
  • Deep knowledge of typography and color systems
  • Comfort with multi-platform design
  • Familiarity with Framer or other no-code website design tools
  • Strong understanding of HIG and Material Design principles
