The Challenge:

  • Transform client briefs into visionary ideas
  • Ideate across various formats: social media, digital platforms, film, static displays, and experiential events
  • Oversee projects throughout all stages: concept development, scripting, execution, post-production, and delivery
  • Lead a creative team and manage resources across multiple projects
  • Pitch and present ideas confidently to clients
  • Collaborate with producers, designers, writers, and editors to bring concepts to life
  • Stay attuned to industry trends and recommend freelance talent as needed

About You:

  • You've successfully led campaigns that broke through the noise, regardless of medium, and you excel at juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • You can effectively guide teams from pitch to delivery, possess a strong visual sense, and create decks that tell compelling stories
  • You're confident in pitching your vision to clients, stay current with global developments, and constantly seek new inspiration
  • Your network includes top-tier freelance talent you can tap into when projects demand it

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a creative agency (digital or traditional)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership and execution
  • Experience across various formats: film, digital, social media, experiential, and static displays
  • Excellent multitasking and people management skills, with expertise in handling projects and timelines
  • Exceptional deck-building, storytelling, and client-pitching abilities
  • A content-obsessed, trend-savvy, and culturally aware individual
  • Bonus: Connection to freelance talent (directors, designers, writers, etc.)
