At Astra Defend, we're seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales division, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client acquisition and retention.
Job Responsibilities- We are looking for a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills to engage with potential clients, build relationships, and successfully onboard new business partners.
- Meet and exceed quarterly client acquisition targets by identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities.
- You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of leads, prioritizing those with the highest conversion potential, and developing tailored strategies to maximize results.
- Represent Astra Defend as a professional ambassador in the marketplace, fostering a positive reputation and establishing strong industry connections.
- Diligently track progress and performance using MS Excel, creating comprehensive reports that inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and reports.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, combined with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and innovative thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
