Director of Business Innovation

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our creative campaigns for clients. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of how to leverage social platforms as a broadcast media or narrowcast in designing engaging experiences through insights, technologies, and expertise.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the client servicing team to continuously improve the strategy, direction, and recommended programs and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to develop unique and differentiated insights.
  • Create integrated campaign strategies that serve as a springboard for creative teams.
  • Presentation skills: Prepare and present visual presentations with sharp point of view and riveting narrative.
  • Translate business objectives into social/digital media objectives using proprietary benchmarks.
  • Analyze available insights and define overall strategy in terms of Distribution and Amplification.
  • Define advertising pressure to achieve goals while considering budget limitations.
  • Participate in new business pitches as required.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree with 7+ years of experience in brand planning, social, and digital campaign management, digital creative strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills to generate data-based insights.
  • Passionate about fast-evolving social/digital media environment.
  • Ability to innovate and identify emerging platforms or partners.
  • Effective collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
