As a Business Process Innovator, you will be responsible for providing strategic consulting and subject matter expertise to help grow and expand client engagements across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process transformational initiatives through expert consulting skills
  • Drive business value and thought leadership to clients, developing reusable assets in the process
  • Create innovative solutions using digital and emerging technologies to address client problems
  • Catalyze business growth by identifying opportunities and influencing downstream IT projects
  • Prior experience in continuous manufacturing or consulting environments is ideal
  • Demonstrable industry-based expertise in relevant functions/client base
  • Familiarity with formal project management techniques (budgeting, planning, risk management)
  • Skilled in business-led approaches and influencing client decision-making
  • Action-oriented and willing to take ownership of projects
  • Technical exposure to enterprise systems and technologies
  • Ability to build relationships with clients at all levels, especially at the Program & Business Leadership levels
Desired Skillset
  • Work experience and knowledge in product development processes within continuous manufacturing industries (BoM Management, Configuration Management etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing value chain processes, industry trends, and enabling technologies
  • Technical expertise and hands-on experience in PLM tools (Windchill, Team Center, SAP PLM, Enovia etc.)
  • Experience in Product Analytics areas like Performance analysis, Reliability testing, Market research
  • Understanding of Enterprise technologies like PLM, ERP
  • Hands-on experience in PLM/CAD/Engineering tools
  • Project Management experience
