Job Description:
  • Maintain Product Roadmap: A key responsibility of this role is to ensure that the product backlog is well-maintained and prioritized effectively, delivering value to employees across the organization.
  • Partner with Stakeholders: This involves uncovering pain points, mapping processes, and translating them into innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Lead Discovery Workshops: The ideal candidate will be skilled at unlocking new ways of working through rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts, driving business agility and growth.
  • Integrate Jira and Confluence: This role requires a deep understanding of APIs, marketplace apps, and automations, with the ability to automate end-to-end flows and enhance productivity.
  • Curate and Govern Plug-ins: The successful candidate will ensure that plug-ins are performance-driven, secure, and deliver measurable ROI, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Design Dashboards and OKRs: This involves surfacing insights, tracking adoption, and telling clear stories with data, driving business decisions and growth.
  • Champion Change Management: The ideal candidate will craft communication plans, deliver live training, and publish self-service content, ensuring seamless change management and adoption.
  • Define and Audit Permission Models: This role requires balancing collaboration, privacy, and compliance requirements, ensuring that permission models are robust and effective.
  • Upskill the Global Service Desk Team: The successful candidate will scale end-user support, upskilling the global service desk team to meet evolving business needs.
  • Optimize Performance: This involves removing unused objects in Jira and optimizing content management in Confluence, driving efficiency and productivity.

This role requires candidates to work in US Shift.
