Your Role in Our Vision

We need a strategic navigator who can analyze data, identify patterns, and drive actions that have real impact. As our Illumination Leader, you will be responsible for understanding what's working, what's not, and where we go next.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis and Insights
  • Lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Build dashboards to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.
  • Partner with marketing to connect web traffic to lead generation, CRM, and revenue attribution.
  • Surface insights and recommendations to improve revenue outcomes.
Strategy Development and Execution
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces.
  • Build mini-strategies for growth experiments.
  • Prepare concise reports and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
Sales Enablement and Operations
  • Own CRM automations.
  • Manage sales reporting and dashboards, ensuring visibility into KPIs across teams.
  • Support sales enablement by preparing pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for sales efficiency.
Project Management and Coordination
  • Act as the program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
  • Create project plans, set timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
  • Ensure end-to-end execution of high-priority projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and align resources.
