Job Title: Senior Business Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to spearhead our client servicing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic planning and communication, with experience in developing and executing annual operating plans.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading client pitching processes, providing strategic inputs on competitor analysis, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and new business avenues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate Annual Operating Plans (AOP) based on client briefs
  • Lead client pitching process by generating innovative concepts in collaboration with internal teams
  • Provide strategic inputs to competitor analysis
  • Analyze business-as-usual (BAU) operations to identify opportunities for experimentation and innovation
  • Create compelling case studies and success stories
  • Define brand positioning strategies that distinguish clients from competitors
  • Brief Review and Approval - Review and vet client briefs
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand strategic growth plans
  • Establish clear benchmarks and review timelines
  • Follow up on overdue payments
