Job Title: Service Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Designer to join our team. As a key member of our innovation program, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions for corporate clients.

In collaboration with our Director of Innovation, you will create tailored innovation programs and detailed proposals that align with client-specific needs, constraints, and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop user-centered design methodologies to inform strategic directions and drive value for clients.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate service design workshops, and identify opportunities for human-centered innovation.
  • Provide methodology support to corporate teams in the different phases of each project.
  • Identify opportunities where service design and human-centered innovation can add client value.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space.
  • Master user-centered design methodologies at every step of the service design process.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
