Senior Technology Strategist

We are seeking a visionary leader with deep domain expertise in capital markets and a proven track record of delivering complex technology initiatives.

  • Develop and execute global technology strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement modernized Treasury & Markets platforms, leveraging cloud-native technologies and agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define target state architectures and shape technology roadmaps that align with business objectives.

15+ years of experience in software delivery for BFSI (with at least 7–10 years in capital markets / treasury systems). Strong leadership skills and ability to partner with global CIO/CTO, business sponsors, and regulators. Deep technical expertise in delivery of mission-critical systems: Treasury, ALM, Risk, MM, FX, Fixed Income, Funding, or Investment Platforms. Hands-on experience with modernization projects: microservices, APIs, cloud-native, containers (Kubernetes/Docker), real-time data pipelines (Kafka/Pulsar).
