Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless system performance, managing daily IT operations, and providing top-notch support to users.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proactive maintenance of systems, hardware, and software to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
  • Manage email setups, system backups, antivirus software, and endpoint security to safeguard against cyber threats.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related procurements and services to ensure timely delivery and optimal pricing.
  • Set up and manage Wi-Fi networks, printers, routers, biometric devices, CCTV systems, and other essential office equipment.
  • Maintain data security and ensure regular backups for all departments to prevent data loss in case of an emergency.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and administrative procurement to maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, housekeeping, and pantry requirements to ensure a comfortable and productive work environment.
  • Assist in managing office leases, AMC contracts, and vendor relationships to optimize resource utilization and minimize costs.
  • Track and document assets, including issuance and maintenance records.
  • Support travel bookings, event planning, and team offsites as needed to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT operations and office administration.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Google Workspace, LAN/WAN networks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond promptly to technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
