Job Title:

Innovations Manager — Beauty Devices


Job Summary:

This role oversees end-to-end innovation for beauty devices and accessories, ensuring the delivery of differentiated, safe, and cost-efficient products that align with a design-led, system-integrated roadmap.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for delivering innovative beauty devices and accessories that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate product innovations into the company's overall business strategy.
  • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of innovative products by coordinating resources and managing project timelines effectively.
  • Lead the development of new product ideas and features through market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.
  • Work closely with designers, engineers, and manufacturing teams to bring innovative product concepts to life.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product innovation and management, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of design-led and system-integrated innovation principles.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills, with a focus on driving business results.
