Strategic Account Manager Position

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Manager to drive our key clients forward.

This is an exciting role with a fast-paced working environment. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing executive relationships country-level with clients' leadership, managing communication between clients and internal stakeholders, and staying on top of clients' needs, vision, IT roadmap, and any anticipated deviations.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the account, their business, and key stakeholders.
  • Promote partnership growth, revenue acceleration, and new opportunity capture.
  • Pitch relevant services to clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on new markets by developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Track delivery timelines and quality to ensure high-quality deliverables are being delivered on time.
  • Present reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in accounts management or customer success roles for a software company, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, understanding of the sales funnel and different stages, excellent presentation skills, strong negotiation skills, and ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate them into a strategy.

The Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and drive revenue growth. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and sales-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
