
Global Business Growth Manager

A strategic business leader is required to drive growth and expansion through the identification and engagement of prospective clients.
This role demands a unique blend of drive, commitment, and interpersonal skills, with a win-win mindset.
The Global Business Growth Manager will work closely with management to define the sales strategy, engage with targets to build awareness, identify opportunities, develop a sales pipeline, and deliver revenue goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching and effectively presenting services to new clients
- Penetrating new business through calling, in-person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executives
- Developing and maintaining client relationships, generating new business through telephone calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and participation in professional organizations/events
- Client relationship management and retention to ensure regular business from new clients
- Leveraging existing business relationships, customer network, and contacts to open new business for the company and close deals
Key qualifications include:
- 3+ years experience in a staffing, corporate recruiting or professional sales environment, especially in technology, banking, and financial services area in the USA region
- Proven experience with B2B cold calls, securing accounts, and account management
- Strong work ethic and sense of commitment
- Past history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a global team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ATS knowledge
