Job Overview

A strategic business leader is required to drive growth and expansion through the identification and engagement of prospective clients.

The Global Business Growth Manager will work closely with management to define the sales strategy, engage with targets to build awareness, identify opportunities, develop a sales pipeline, and deliver revenue goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Researching and effectively presenting services to new clients
  • Penetrating new business through calling, in-person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executives
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships, generating new business through telephone calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and participation in professional organizations/events
  • Client relationship management and retention to ensure regular business from new clients
  • Leveraging existing business relationships, customer network, and contacts to open new business for the company and close deals

Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years experience in a staffing, corporate recruiting or professional sales environment, especially in technology, banking, and financial services area in the USA region
  • Proven experience with B2B cold calls, securing accounts, and account management
  • Strong work ethic and sense of commitment
  • Past history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a global team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ATS knowledge
