Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Support Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining product knowledge.

This role involves working closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns via chat, phone calls, and email communication.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing, tracking, modifying, or canceling orders.
  • Actively gather customer feedback and report common issues to improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles and problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
