Base24 EPS Developer Position

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Base24 EPS to fill a key position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment systems, particularly in Base24 EPS (Electronic Payment Server), and a proven track record in developing, configuring, and supporting transaction processing systems.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop, Configure, and Maintain Applications: Develop, configure, and maintain Base24 EPS applications to support transaction processing and payment systems.
  2. Design, Development, and Integration of ATM, POS, and Payment Switch Systems: Work on the design, development, and integration of ATM, POS, and payment switch systems.
  3. Enhancements, Customizations, and Defect Fixes in EPS Modules: Perform enhancements, customizations, and defect fixes in EPS modules.
  4. Analyze Business and Technical Requirements: Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver high-quality solutions.
  5. Safety Net for Production Environments: Support production environments, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  6. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with industry standards for security, scalability, and high availability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Prior Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Base24 EPS development and support.

Key Technologies: Strong experience with Tandem/HP NonStop (TACL, TAL, COBOL, C, SCOBOL, Pathway, Enscribe, SQL/MP).

Payment Transaction Processing: Knowledge of payment transaction processing (ATM, POS, ISO8583, EMV).

Hands-on Experience with XPNET, ACI tools, and BASE24-EPS Modules: Hands-on experience with XPNET, ACI tools, and BASE24-EPS modules.

Network Interfaces: Exposure to interfaces with networks (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, UPI, etc.).

System Performance Tuning, Debugging, and Troubleshooting: Experience in system performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.

ITIL Processes: Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Communication Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Java, MQ, APIs for System Integrations: Knowledge of Java, MQ, and APIs for system integrations.
